DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions and any other terms or conditions that may be applicable to a Player's use of Hyperino Casino;
• "Casino" means Hyperino Casino operated by Rhinoceros Operations Limited (Malta);
• "Games" means the games offered by the Casino, including but not limited to slots, table games, live dealer games, and other types of games;
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers for an account with the Casino or uses its services in any way;

LANGUAGE

These Terms and Conditions may be translated into languages other than English for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Casino with respect to your use of its Services.

NOTICES

All notices given by either party to the other must be in writing and delivered personally or sent by certified mail.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
